Cozy cottage retreat walking/biking distance to downtown Hobe Sound and Beach

We had the best time and especially loved the garden. Everything was perfect!

The house is nice. It’s conveniently located near the Hobe Sound beach access, stores, bars and a nice coffee shop. The house is located near train tracks but this was not a deal breaker for us it had a lot of good features.

Great property! Host were incredibly chill and helpful. Check in and out was super simple. Very clean, very well equipped. Great pool, and outdoor fenced in yard. We brought our Doodle and he loved the outdoor area. Excellent access to Hobe Sound, which has great restaurants. Biked the parks, and spent time in Jupiter. 10/10 would rent again.

Very comfortable accommodation’s & laid back setting. I had to contact our host a couple of times during our stay & had no problems getting an answer. My brother lives a few miles away & we will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The house served the purpose of what we needed, with the location and amount of space. However the property needs upkeep (overgrown and lots of mosquitos), is very close to the railroad tracks which was really tough for young kids, and needs a professional cleaning (blankets left by couch with crumbs and sugar ants, bugs in tub, dead cockroaches …etc). Kids had a great time in the pool, and beds were comfortable - so overall it was what we needed it to be, just wish it was how it appeared in listing.

My husband and I had a very nice time at this property. The backyard had a wonderful pool and it was very private and quiet. The neighborhood was wonderful for walks. Very clean home. We completely enjoyed our stay.

We loved our accommodations! This home is quiet, private & with the private pool! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen needs. Host was fast with response and very helpful! Looking forward to our next trip back! Would definitely stay again!

A fascinating and charming cottage in excellent condition. The surrounding gardens were wonderful. You could not ask for a better host. Friendly and easy-to-talk-to, he was very helpful if help was needed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The house and property were beautiful. The pool and pool area were well kept and clean. The house slept 5 comfortably and there was plenty of room to move about and relax. It was very clean. We were not aware that the home was 100 yards from a working railroad which was very loud at all times of the day. Also, it would have been helpful if the kitchen had more than 4 plates as there were 5 of us and we had to do dishes several times a day. Also the description of the property said there was a grill, beach chairs, and a hot tub. There were 2 camp chairs available, no grill, and no hot tub. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would have given it 5 stars but there were things lacking.

The host was very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Love the location, and what feels like the best kept secret of Florida’s south Martin County. I highly recommend it!
