Stayed Sep 26, 2025This is a really clean, cozy house in a beautiful location. We loved the path through the woods to the river and were so excited to see the salmon spawning. And so close to Langford Lake was awesome. Our host was great. Wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025The house easily slept all of us and the property managers offered to work with us when a semi truck wrecked nearby, closing the highway.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025My husband and two young adult daughters stayed for a week at the cottage. We all thought the home had everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit and the some of the games available. We used the cottage as our home base for explorating Olympic National Park. It was a great location!

Stayed Sep 1, 2024This little cabin is exceedingly cute and well appointed. With comfortable rooms, and multiple places to lounge, relax, and cook after a long day of hiking. The host has done a wonderful job of creating multiple outdoor spaces for grilling out or dining al fresco. One of my few regrets of the trip was that we were not able to spend more time enjoying the cabin. The only slightly negative think I could think of for this review is that the cabin is very close to the main road, so there is some occasional road noise, particularly if you are outside. But being so close to that road is also what gives the cabin easy access to the park, and lake Crescent just 15 minutes away.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024My daughter and I recently stayed for five nights. The cabin was perfect for two people, but I think it would have felt cramped if ten people stayed. The upstairs had very low ceilings. We cooked breakfast and a couple dinners in the cottage and the kitchen was well stocked. Our beds were extremely comfortable and with the air conditioners in the windows we slept very well. We enjoyed watching the salmon spawn in the stream off the beautiful path right behind the cottage. The weather was gorgeous and we kept very busy. We went on a Puffin Boat Tour out of Port Townsend, did multiple hikes around Lake Crescent, Hoh Rainforest, Salt Creek, Dungeness, and Madison Creek Falls. We especially enjoyed Ruby, Rialto, and Second Beaches. Not only were the beaches and rock formations gorgeous, but they had the most amazing tide pools we have ever seen. It was a fantastic trip!

Stayed Aug 18, 2024Our family enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. My somewhat picky son-in-law declared the house felt more like a home instead of “a rental”, like the last Vrbo we stayed in. High praise from him and true. The two things we found somewhat difficult to deal with were the hwy noise and the lack of bathtub, which was listed as a shower/tub combo in the listing. Two squirmy “littles” and 1 old granny would have appreciated a long warm soak at the end of a rainy day. All that said, the majestic wooded surroundings and racing creek made it all worth while.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024House was a great location for visiting Olympic National Park. Lots of driving still required to go to some hot spots - Hoh Rain Forest, Hurricane ridge, it was a good central location for our visit. House is charming with comfortable beds, although ceilings low in upper bedrooms. We had everything we needed and property is beautiful right on the river with a nice path, great outdoor space and enough room for 5+ guests. We had 5 guest and the three bedrooms/2 bath was perfect for us. Would recommend and would stay again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We loved our stay at this quaint, peaceful cottage. It beautifully suited our wide-ranging group: 4 adults, a teenager, a tween, 2 kids, and a baby. Dena generously accommodated our group by providing a highchair and pack-and-play for the baby. The kitchen is small but fully stocked. There are lots of opportunities for relaxing both inside or outside. We particularly enjoyed the creek behind the house. Olympic National Park and other stunning sites are so close they're practically right in the backyard. We only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend the Indian Creek Cottage!
