Stayed Jul 2, 2025Cozy Cottage is a wonderful place to spend time exploring the region. It’s close to everything and easy to get to after a day on the wine trail. The local restaurants are within walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We hope to return soon.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024This property was great! We visited during Christmas and got to enjoy all the lights and Christmas joy of Johnson City. Home was very clean and had a lot of little extras in case you forgot something at home. You don’t normally see that type of detail to making sure guests enjoy their stay. I would definitely stay at the location again.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024The best VRBO we have stayed in so far. Truly a “cozy cottage”. We were so impressed with all the amenities and the cleanliness of the property. The neighborhood is so quiet. The convenience to the wineries was a big plus. Sandi and Craig are great and so gracious. Always quick to respond.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023My husband, I, and another friend couple stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath home located just blocks off of 290 for a weekend getaway. We went walking and exploring one day and found that we were close to LBJ's family home and a National Park with a walking trail. Husbands had several golf courses to choose from in close driving distance. Wineries and eateries were all very close. Will definitely recommend this home to others and will stay again. Stayed May 19, 2023In town for a birthday party at a winery. Great location to sooo many wineries. This house was so well stocked. I have never experienced a rental home stocked like someone is actually going to live there. Would definitely rent again.
