Stayed Feb 6, 2026Great house in a great location. We loved our weekend in Flat Rock. The home itself is well appointed with everything you need. It was spotless and very charmingly decorated. It made it so easy to relax. The homeowners were very communicative. This cottage makes a great home base for any NC mountain adventure. I'd love to stay here again.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Beautiful cottage. Well appointed. The host was quick to answer questions. Clean and well cared for. I was a bit concerned because of the closeness with the Playhouse but it did not effect our stay at all. I would have liked to have a toaster to use and handbars in the shower and tub for my 87 year old Mom. When we stay in Flat Rock again we will happily stay here.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025This was the CUTEST house! It was exceptionally clean, and very tastefully decorated. My family and I spent the weekend here and it was the perfect home base to explore the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we visit the Flat Rock area.
