Stayed Aug 9, 2025Location was Excellent!The beds were comfortable, towels were numerous. 3 bathrooms and 2 showers was great for a group. But.... bring decent sheet sets, dish cloth, tea towels, baking pans, frying pans, wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs, and cutlery (if you care). Bring fans if you expect it over 30, and a Comcast works great cause no cable.Our daughter was able to work with the wifi while visiting.Bring safety candles cause we lost power 3 times (once for 4 hours).

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We really enjoyed the house and easy access to Lake Simcoe. The beds were comfortable, the grill worked really well and there was a fire pit in the backyard we used on two of our nights there.
