This cozy 2+ BD cottage looks out over a lovely pond. Enter an open living/dining area and kitchen with a soaring ceiling, two sliders and a ductless split unit air conditioner. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen television with cable and WiFi. There is a dining table and a nicely-equipped kitchen.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both have two twin beds and a ductless split unit air conditioner. As in the living area, the high ceilings in the bedroom give the cottage an open and airy feel. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower on the first floor.

An interior spiral staircase leads to the open loft with full (double) bed on the second floor. Classic knotty pine and wood flooring throughout living area, bedrooms and loft.

The deck has a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the view of the lovely pond while you sip your morning coffee, start a new book or grill up dinner. The iconic Deck 2 cottages dot the wooded landscape with the pond at its center. Wooden walkways connect the cottages.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the common community building.

Less than a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail Trailhead for biking and walking. Short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore sites, Wellfleet's best bay and ocean beaches and ponds and to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment. Head into Truro for vineyard and lighthouse tours, then onto Provincetown for even more fun!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
