Older, smaller place, but just what I needed for only me and my dog. Apt is behind main house. Shared backyard. Very close to beach, restaurants, shops. Friendly residents in area. Quick responses from owner. Only complaint was ants around kitchen sink and counters and fruit flies. But this is FL. Planning to rent again this summer if available

The cottage is small, quaint, and at a convenient location, only minutes away from the beach and shopping centers. It was clean & well equipped with responsive hosts. We will visit again in the future.

I stayed with my teenage son and his service dog this summer and it was just perfect. Everything you need in the kitchen, warm fuzzy blankets and nice beds, cold AC, wifi, tv, DVDs and games for when it rains, about half a mile from the beach. Easy walk, quick uber down the road to hunt for shark teeth. We had a great time and would love to come back again in the future!

This place was very clean and comfortable. Yes it's small, but that's all we needed. We would definitely return for a visit. Victoria was very attentive to our needs. Glad we were able to bring our dog!

My friend Duke and I stayed the Month of March 2018 in this sweet little cottage. Perfect for two....great location....near beach and stores...but tucked away privately off the road. Met some very nice people . The house has everything you need . Special surprise.....it has a washer and dryer available to it. I would absolutely stay here again....and hope to. Theodora Killiard.

Would definitely rent again.
