Cottage on active vineyard with lovely views, grill, firepit, EV charger, & W/D

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again.

We came to area for a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed the house! Just as advertised and very comfortable.

It was a wonderful stay in a charming quiet cottage. The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of nearby vineyards and local attractions.

Beautiful and cozyHome is in a quite peaceful vineyard. Great place to relax and unwind from stressful daily life. New house and beautifully decorated.House has well water. Sulfer smell when running the water was not pleasant. That was the only downfall.

Easy check-in. The cottage is beautiful and very comfortable. From the deck you can have coffee and watch the sunrise. You can see the lake! We saw a family of deer in the meadow behind the cottage one evening. One thing I would suggest is taking care of the sulfur smell. Perhaps there is an easy fix. Thanks so much!

The house s exactly as described. Beautiful setting and delightful space. Easy access into town, wineries and the lake.

The location is great. The home is cute and was perfect for a couple's getaway. The water has a sulfur smell, so we used bottled water for drinking and brushing. The WIFI is sketchy, too. Otherwise, it's a lovely home.

Overall the house is a great location, great layout and gorgeous views. The one issue is the water. The sulfur smell from the well water is pretty harsh. They do mention it and provide a Brita filter but we found it easier to bring bottled water. You can definitely smell and taste the sulfur anytime you are running water at the property (shower, toilet, etc.)

The view is gorgeous. Located right beside a vineyard makes the stay even more special. The house is new with a gorgeous deck and a beautiful kitchen. The smell of the water was odd but as it is well water, it was expected. We brought bottled water so it wasn’t an issue. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine that topped off this experience. Would definitely stay again.

The house and location were wonderful…very peaceful and terrific house! The only issues were the sulfur smell in the water which was quite substantial and the flies somehow managed to find their way into the house during the day and were plentiful in the big picture windows. All the doors and windows were closed so I don’t know how the flies found their way in.

The place was beautiful. It’s obviously a brand new build so everything was immaculate. It is in a working vineyard so there was workers right there at the vines but didn’t really bother us. We just had the blinds closed. Was close to all the places we wanted to go so was perfect for me and my husband for a nice weekend get away.

This property was a wonderful weekend getaway with my wife. We enjoyed the fire pit and old school video games, everything was beautifully decorated and not overfilled. There is an odor to the water, but we were forewarned and brought bottled water for drinking. Bed in primary is very firm, for those that like that. What a great stay!!

The place was cozy, clean, and quiet, just the perfect get away after a day of sightseeing. It was exactly as pictured online. We watched the sunrise from the deck and enjoyed the scenery, especially the vineyards . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We loved the cabin, but the only letdown was the smell of the water. A water softener would help. Coming back in October!

We were greeted by two fawns when we arrived on our first night. A view of the lake in the distance plus grape vines outside the kitchen window! Quiet neighborhood and close to Penn Yan. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

Lovely little getaway right on a vineyard with a tranquil view of the lake and surrounding area. The bed and loft are just right for a small family and the corner shower is just what you need to clean up after a trip to the local attractions. Included amenities are excellent with a full outdoor setup, internet and entertainment, and collection of games for the kids. Full kitchen and big island make for an easy cook, prep, whatever. My only hesitation with booking this property again is the smell of the well water. We opted to bring back bottled water on our first outing for use in the bathroom and kitchen. Outside of that though, this is the perfect escape.
