Stayed Nov 29, 2024This casita was wonderful! It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Unbeknownst to us Thanksgiving week is the busiest time of the year there, but we were able to find some not so busy hiking areas. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable! Only two small complaints. When’s we arrived we had to leave the windows open because of the cooking smell. It was a little strong, but aired out pretty quickly. The front door key pad was a little difficult to use, but we managed! We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 24, 2023I loved the cabin feel and the way the house felt inside. I liked the pathways in the yard with the doo-dads. I loved being so close to the hiking trail. It was so easy to get to the rest of Sedona but this place felt off-the-grid in a very good way.

Stayed Mar 4, 2022The peaceful enviroment and the light that was all through the apartment was lovely. The kitchen was fun to work in, and the bathroom had great hot water and the shower was perfect! It was fun walking the neighborhood as we had some inclement weather.

Stayed Mar 4, 2026The place was great - very clean, convenient and comfortable. Good price for Sedona. The location is convenient by car - close to Whole Foods, EV charging station, laundromat, etc. The location is NoT great for walking. We walked to Talqueparque (sp), which is very close ( a mile) but no sidewalks on a busy curvy street- not hosts fault.

Stayed Nov 11, 2025I loved the views from the windows and the red rock deck. The location was in a quiet neighborhood. It felt safe. I could get a sense of what it might feel like to live in Sedona. There was a trail just a 2 minute walk right from the cottage that went up a hill towards the airport hill.

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Excellent base for exploring Sedona. Casita was clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to uptown shopping and dining. Especially liked having the Brewer Trail across the street for spectacular sunset views. Check in and checkout was easy. The casita was perfect for my wife and I . Would recommend this casita to any couple wishing to immerse themselves in the Sedona scene.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Great place in a great location that is very close to everything in town and close to all of the great hiking trails that are all over this wonderful city. It might be a smaller VRBO, but it's big enough to accommodate two fairly big people and has all the amenities needed for a lengthy trip - kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bed, living room area, patio table and driveway are all proper. Thank you very much! We'll try to see you again very soon, will try to make a fall trip in 2026.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We loved our brief stay in Sedona. The location of this place was perfect - close to hiking, restaurants, shopping - but felt secluded and with awesome views from the patio. We loved the airport loop hike - got to see 360 degree views of the Sedona area. We were also fortunate to see javelinas, coyotes and deer near the casita!

Stayed Nov 24, 2024This is an amazing Casita, located SO near to many things in Sedona and yet private, secluded, and just peaceful beyond anything you could dream of!! Marianne the owner is just AMAZING! So accommodating, and great communication! Always gets back to you so promptly. The Casita itself is a hidden gem! Clean, organized, easy to find everything! Brewer Trail Head just steps away from the front door, and Airport Mesa Vortex and 15min hiking distance from the trail head. Sleeping near a vortex is pretty amazing! Slept so well.. Family of deer visits the property 3-4 times a day and hangs out in the back yard! This casita is walking distance to the Art Gallery Mall, and even Uptown Sedona! So close to to the Y 89A/179 hwys. Short driving distance to Sedona's most amazing and powerful sights... I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is! Marianne and her husband created the perfect spot for guests to truly immerse themselves into Sedona, if you are visiting for the first time or not. The energy they created for their properties is charming and lots of detail is paid attention to! I got to be the very first person to walk on their newly paved red rock walkway to the back of the casita, where you gaze upon nature and the Red Rock Formations. (Check it out during sunrise and sunset.. WOW!!) I am now a repeat guest to this property. Marianne is just wonderful. Thank you so so much!! Cant wait to come back!!

Stayed Sep 16, 2024My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was incredibly cozy. The bed was clean, soft and comfortable. The house is truthfully right there in the heart of Sedona. It was so easy to plan activities and do so much on our trip because of how close everything was. At the same time, it's up a winding road in the mountain so it feels secluded and private. If you are staying for an extended period, the kitchen is not great for preparing food. We ate out for every meal, and unfortunately there was no microwave so we couldn't reheat any leftovers. Also there was a pretty bad ant problem. They stayed in the kitchen area so it didn't bother us, but it was another reason the kitchen was unusable. The views from the window are indeed beautiful, but we had to keep the blinds closed for the 5 nights we were there because the windows actually face right towards the road so there is no privacy with them open and being a single room house the windows provide a view inside to everything. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would absolutely stay there again. The couple of negative comments are just to set expectations for others. I highly recommend this home.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024The studio was very clean and this was pleasant. We were surprised to find that the carport didn’t have access to park in as pictured. We were also surprised that this unit was in a neighborhood as there were pictures of a wooded area with a stream in the pictures of the unit. At the time of the stay there were internet issues that was not the owners fault, but was disappointing. Communication from the owner by email was prompt and much appreciated. Location close to main road 98A which was an easy access point.
