Nice extra clean 2 bedroom-2 bath cottage. .
Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. (please note we do not supply wood for the fireplace).
The standard charge is $175.00 for 4 people. The additional charge is $15.00 per person per nite over 4 people. Minimum stay is 3 nights rental. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven and drip coffee maker.>Glassed in sun porch off the dining area facing the Little Pigeon River.
Washer/ dryer located off the kitchen area.
Patio with charcoal grill. Gas grill under carport.
Cottage is within walking distance (10-12 minutes walk ) to the center of Gatlinburg just a quarter of a mile away.
ABSOLUTELY no pets or indoor smoking.
Stay a full week (7 days) and get the 7th night free. ( you would only be charged for 6 nights if you stay a full week.)
