Cottage in the shadow of the stadium!

Cottage quarter is petite, quiet, nice landscape.It is a two bedroom style with a shower. The entrance to driveway is offset from main entrance of the main house. It is a very steep slope downward steps or concrete driveway. I would not advise driving downhill to reach door of property. The owner gives very good instructions. Inside the home is nice decor and light I through out as well. The main bed area has so much hair on all the bedding, comforter duvet and on and around the floor. The hair is thick and flows. There is so much hair floor in bathroom area as well. The floors are veryNice In the bathroom area. However, the flooring throughout the house was made of wood. Be careful. Other than this the media on the TV was a bit to decipher or select. It was a pleasure lodge very cold. Overall. Different, enjoyable atmosphere. Just needs a deep cleaning. Thanks

We had a great stay here while moving our kids back to college. It was the perfect size for me and my husband and the location was great!

We have stayed in various hotels and VRBOs during the years our son has been at UArk. This was one of our very favorites. Perfectly furnished, super clean, great view overlooking the football stadium. I wish we had found this place our son's freshman year rather than his senior year!

We were in town for a college visit for my daughter. It was very convenient staying right by campus and was a perfect space for our family only being in town for about 24 hours.

The house was perfect for our stay! You can see the football stadium from the back porch! The house is so clean and decorated perfectly!

Perfectly located, near the quads and stadium. The host (Sean) responded quickly and clearly. This is a stand-alone guesthouse behind the main home and is completely private, spotless and well equipped with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for guests to use. A Keurig with pods is provided (bring your own creamer/sweeteners). The main bed is huge and there is also a fold-out couch and a separate daybed room. The driveway is steep but stairs with rails help. We stayed on a non-game weekend, and it was quiet and peaceful.

Delightful! Cozy, elegant, everything you need in the kitchen for meals, clean, altogether lovely. The only thing we weren't sure of when booking was if there was a secure fenced area for the dog. There is not, but there is ample green space to walk your dog. Ours is older and doesn't need space to run off leash. This was a perfect little haven for us. We will book again!

We stayed here on a recent visit for a baseball tournament. The location was great for walking visits to campus and convenient to Fayetteville and surrounding area! Loved the comfortable clean accommodations and enjoyed the yard and views from the property! Tournament was rained out having a perfect place to hang out made it a fun get away for all of us! Would definitely stay here again!

I rented this cottage to bring my mom up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. Everything is beautiful and upscale and just so cute!! We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!

I didn’t attend a game, but visited my son during the week. Loved the house—it was very clean, prettily decorated, and VERY convenient to all things UARK. The neighborhood is very walkable, and quiet. This house would be amazing on a game weekend because the stadium is so close. But it was an amazing weekday stay as well.
