Stayed Aug 17, 2019Wow, stayed for a family week holiday. We were a family of 17 and the villa was perfect. The fact that you all have your own separate rooms with en-suite and veranda is great so you have your own space. The kitchen and communal areas are large and authentic and have everything you need to cater for your stay. The pool is a great size and the outdoor areas are perfect, we spent every evening cooking in the bar area on the bbq and paella stove. We loved that Toni arranged for use to have a keg of beer on tap for a very reasonable price. Toni was always on hand for any thing we needed , I just had to message her and she promptly replied. The sun set views are breathtaking and we enjoyed them every night. Some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen. It’s a short journey into Arcos to supermarkets that have fresh fish and groceries. The town is steep walk but so worth it for the views and it’s very beautiful. We all had a lovely time at this villa and would definitely return. Thank you

Stayed Jul 6, 2019While we loved our visit to Spain and Arcos de la Frontera, the house was a disappointment. The pictures of the house were accurate; it does photograph very well, but it was more like staying in a small, run-down hotel or motel than a house. The sad thing is with a bit of effort and repairs, it could be a very nice place. It is worn and showing its age. Doors on the bathrooms would be a great help. The property manager was helpful, but the swimming pool was practically unusable (no fault of the man attending it; it was just old and not operating well. The clothesline was stuck in a wood pile. Everyone who worked here was helpful and we have no complaints about any person, but I would not recommend the house. Our family has rented 4 houses through VRBO in a little over a year. This was the first one that we would not recommend.

Stayed Jun 19, 2018Spent a fantastic 10 days at Cortijo Escondido. The location is remote surrounded by breath-taking scenery. The owner is extremely pleasant and did her very best to ensure we had the best stay possible. The property is very spacious and well equipped, nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Interesting village close by with shops, bars and supermarkets.
