Stayed Jan 1, 2026We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There are some very good restaurants nearby and it is close to the Castleton campus. We also enjoyed some snowshoeing and mountain biking at Slate Valley Trails.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025A very cute, small ranch home located across from the East Poultney Village Green! Spent 5 nights in October 2025. The Host, Nate, was great to deal with, was easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was seamless! Very clean, well-stocked, large bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower! A great location for us to visit family and friends. Very, very quiet at night, which was wonderful! A very cozy place to stay! Thanks, Nate!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The location was perfect for us, close to family. The cottage is beautifully renovated and was very ready for us to move in for an extended stay. We hated leaving that shower! There's plenty to do within a short distance ... so many little businesses and beautiful places to explore! Very quiet, we slept very well in our comfortable bed! I took many morning strolls, such a pretty little area!

Stayed May 16, 2024This is a sweet and comfortable vintage little home. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the washer, dryer and iron was a huge plus as well. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood has a few intriguing looking museums. Nate is a kind and understanding host, and was very tolerant of our surprise guests who showed up for the graduation. Thank you Nate!

Stayed Feb 15, 2024The cottage had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. It was well located to Ski Killington and Stratton. The host live right next door and was very responsive for all our needs to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We would definitely rent again.
