The space
Experience a thoughtfully designed coastal retreat where Mediterranean spa vibes meet modern convenience. This home offers a seamless flow between indoor comfort and a private backyard oasis. Whether you’re here to work in the library, relax by the firepit, or detox in the sauna, every inch of the property is curated for a restorative stay.

THE ROOMS

The Living Room: An inviting open-concept space featuring a massive TV with immersive backlighting and blackout curtains—perfect for a cinematic movie night.

The Main Bedroom: A serene sanctuary with a King bed, blackout curtains, and a premium OLED TV for ultimate rest.

The Library: A multi-purpose room with a hidden Queen Murphy bed, floor-to-ceiling books, and a dedicated workspace.

The Reading Nook: Tucked inside the library, featuring a leather recliner and a quiet atmosphere.

The Flex Space: A versatile room with a twin daybed/trundle and a guest laundry station.

The Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped culinary space with a family dining table that opens into the main living area.

The Bathroom: A Mediterranean-style spa with a modern walk-in shower and luxury essentials.

THE OUTDOOR RETREAT Step outside into a secluded, fully fenced backyard illuminated by fairy lights. Your private resort includes:

Lounge & Firepit: Featuring a teak sofa bed for stargazing.

Private Sauna: A traditional wooden retreat for total relaxation ($30/use).

Outdoor Shower: Perfect for rinsing off after a day at Pensacola Beach.

The Front Porch: A shaded, welcoming spot for your morning coffee.

Guest access.
You will have private, exclusive access to the entire home and backyard. The only exception is a small, locked owner’s closet located in the Flex Space, which is used for personal storage and property maintenance.

Other things to note.
Outdoor Care: To keep the backyard lounge in top condition, please replace the weather cover on the teak sofa after each use and before it rains.

Pet Policy: Unfortunately, at this time, pets are prohibited.

Sauna Access: There is a $30 usage fee per stay to cover heating and maintenance. Please message in order to have the sauna activated at your desired time.

Sand-Free Home: To keep the interior and sauna pristine, please use the outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach trips.

Quiet Hours: We value our community; please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Safety: Please ensure the gas firepit is completely turned off before retiring for the evening.
