Themed decor. A little bohemian, requires adaptation. Two space heaters for heat. Window AC unit. New TV, small frig and microvave Coffee and wine stations provided.

It was a beautiful neighborhood and very friendly hosts. Also loved how dog friendly it was and the yard for the dogs to be off leash a bit. Close enough to downtown to walk but also far enough out that you still feel in the mountains. Our hosts were kind and knowledgeable about the area and were easy to communicate with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean and welcoming! The suite was attached to the owners’ home, but we had no issues with this in terms of noise or anything else! The hosts were wonderful!

The hosts are super accommodating and welcoming. The space decor is quirky, fun and charming. The location is ideal for activities in Asheville! We would just say that if you want a more spacious place, this might not be for you. Also, plan to eat your meals out as there is not a kitchen - there is a microwave and mini-fridge, toaster and coffee maker. For a short stay, it is fine and there are plenty of good restaurants near by. The neighborhood has sidewalks so is good for walking dogs, and the people in the area are very friendly.

Cute little studio that was perfect for our weekend getaway with our dogs. Very close to just about anything you would want to do in Asheville, the location couldn’t be better. Everything thing was clean and well stocked as well.

Very accommodating hosts. Clean and pet friendly. Everything needed is nearby. Bed is super comfortable. Cozy electric fireplace. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Pleasant outdoor sitting area. Loved the cheery colors, whimsical peacock theme, and ceramic and other yard decorations that gave an enchanted forest vibe. For longer stays, may want to be aware that the only sink is in the bathroom and the refrigerator is smaller than those found in most hotel rooms.

The Peacock Cottage is warm & welcoming. Mike & Tom were ideal hosts with great communication and wonderful hospitality. Upon confirming our reservation, they provided a list of recommended restaurants & activities, making our planning much easier. Mike & Tom took extra measures to make sure that not only were we readily comfortable in the cottage but also that our dogs had all the essentials needed to make themselves at home, too. The small fenced yard just outside of our front door was perfect for the pups. The location is great v with easy access to Asheville's best. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property for a relaxing weekend.

Everything was there to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. It was very cozy. The location was near downtown and not far from Biltmore.

The location was close to everything. The hosts are great at communication and the property was really comfortable. The suite was nicely decorated with all sorts of vintage finds and the peacock theme is very cool.

The property was incredibly clean and very nice to come back to after a day of adventuring! It was also very conveniently located near downtown so it took almost no time to get to interesting walkable areas.

I definitely hope to stay here again if I return to Asheville. I enjoyed the clean and quiet accommodations and convenience of a small fenced in yard for my dogs. My suggestion of adding a place to sit within the fenced area was promptly acted on with the addition of two outdoor chairs and a table (so I could enjoy the complementary wine while watching my pups). Great communication with the hostess and perfect location 12 minutes from Biltmore Estate and 2 minutes from Weaver Park.

Very nice room close to everything in downtown Asheville. Had everything we need for a stay with our pups including a small fenced in area for the dogs to go off leash. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were excellent with communication prior to and during the stay.

My husband and I traveled to Asheville for the weekend with our two dogs. The house is exactly as described and in a very cute neighborhood-good for walking the dogs around as well. There’s coffee, a microwave and a mini-fridge, so just enough for a weekend stay (when we were eating out for our meals). We saw Wilco at The Yards, hiked Bearwallow Mountain in Hendersonville, had dinner at Jettie Rae’s Saturday night and ate at Taco Billy’s Sunday for lunch on the way out-all were fantastic and highly recommend! The owners checked in several times, which we so appreciated! I highly recommend this rental!

Great place to stay and recover while visiting all parts of downtown ashville.

We came to asheville for a little less than a week with our two dogs and we were easily accommodated with a private porch with parking directly outside, an attached little fenced in area perfect for our at-home needs with the dogs, and a perfect distance away from a park perfect for taking them on a short walk. A good sized bedroom and bathroom with an area to eat and all the space we needed to relax when we weren't out and about. Our hosts sent us a wonderful and detailed list before arrival of dog-friendly and otherwise restsurants and shops that we checked out and were very pleased! Great price for the location! Overall a great stay, would gladly book again!

A charming cozy stay, the cottage was so cute and perfect for a weekend stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and the stay was exactly what we needed. Hosts were responsive and supportive.

Stayed here prior to Helene - I hope everyone is okay and the house is good. Great Hosts - this is a nice spot, easy walking to dinner, shops, short drive to downtown. Super clean, and cute. Had a bottle of wine, coffee, etc. Bed was super comfy - recommend it. And the little porch is super nice. Again, I hope everyone is good, Asheville and the surrounding area is a great place to visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The property managers were great. It was a quiet one room unit with a bathroom. I would have liked a bigger kitchenette with a hot plate or something of that nature to cook on. Other than that we loved it! Would return!

We loved the Quaint little neighbor located right out side the art district and lovely little shops and restaurants in Ashville. Great hosts and really enjoyed our stay. Very dog friendly town.

Spent a long weekend with our fur babies Fletch (black lab) and Betty White (Great Pyrenees). The hosts are warm, welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return to this gem!
