Classic Beachfront Cottage, Newport County, RI

Wonderfully peaceful get away. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter at Roger Williams University’s Family Weekend. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet peaceful location. It was the perfect distance for us to pop back and forth to RWU, but also provided us with a peaceful retreat by the water!

Amazing place on the water.

We loved the house the only 2 things would be a full length mirror as there were 4 ladies and a mirror would have been nice and some kleenex.

We really enjoyed our time at this perfect cottage by the water. It was extremely clean, well stocked and just lovely. Thanks for everything.

So much more than we could even have anticipated, this stay was the best choice we could've made in place of a hotel in town for a wedding weekend! The little cottage was well equipped, classic and simple, on a quiet beachfront property. We had privacy, cold plunges, and comfort. In fact we so enjoyed being there that we dashed any plans to visit town, choosing only to leave for food and the wedding that brought us to RI.

We spent Easter weekend here with my two adult kids and my sons girlfriend. It was absolutely perfect. They loction is great, the cottage adorable and had everything we needed. Ryan and Greg were accomodating to our late checkout request. We would all highly recommend this terrific cottage! Hope to be back soon

The cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway . Enjoyed staying in all weekend. cooking and chilling. Grill could have been more appealing, so we used the Broiler . would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage on the water

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on the water. It was the perfect escape—relaxing and beautifully situated. The hosts thought of everything, making our experience seamless. We particularly enjoyed watching the stunning sunrises each morning. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind!

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and so many thoughtful touches to welcome you upon arrival, a vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen counter and flowers and chocolates on the bed. Everything you need to cook and clean. Right on the water. Relaxing. Just what we needed to re connect and celebrate our son's Navy officer graduation. It was an easy drive to the Navy station. Thank you Ryan and Greg for opening up your lovely home to us and the privilege of staying here.

The cottage was absolutely perfect! My cousin and I wanted to spend a long weekend together in a location that would allow us to unwind, enjoy the beauty of nature, and reconnect after years apart. The entire weekend exceeded out expectations and was just what we needed. The location and view are perfect, but also the space within the cottage - so filled with light and soothing colors and furnishings - added to the sense of tranquility. We will be coming back!

Nice cottage located on a beautiful tidal river. I liked the fact the house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. It's just a 15-to-20-minute drive to Newport which was great.
