Built over three floors this former policeman's cottage exudes elegance and reflects the personality of its owners, the top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a large master room with a super king bed and a snug 2nd room with a small single Ideal for a child, a comfy well-appointed sitting room and family shower room are located on the1st floor with the ground floor housing the large open-plan kitchen/dining room.

Located on a spur of Wills Lane a quiet cobbled lane granting access to only a handful of cottages Chy Splander benefits from virtually no passing traffic despite its central location. Just a short walk from the cottage is bustling shop-filled Fore Street and the ever-vibrant Wharf Road lined with countless pubs, restaurants and endless vistas of St Ives Harbour and beyond.
