Stayed Aug 30, 2025Great location, right off 30A, and conveniently located near restaurants and the beach! We enjoyed the community pool, beautiful beach, and the condo! We also used the new beach chairs that were provided, that was a bonus! No complaints, we’ll be back!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The property is extremely well-maintained clean and smells great. For a unit that accepts pets smell can be an issue, but it’s not with this unit. The unit was fully stocked and also had beach chairs, tents, beach carts and more. Would definitely stay again!!!

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Great location - loved that I could walk to the beach and to several restaurants. Super close to next door Grayton Beach and all of the other 30A beaches. The condo is lovely, very clean, and larger than I expected. I will definitely go back!!

Stayed Feb 14, 2023Jenn and Dean's beach cottage condo was everything and more for a February 14th get away to the Emerald Coast! Their home provided everything a guest could want! It was warm and inviting, the home had all the coastal amenities included, perfect walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops! Absolutely would return to Cheeks on the Beach!!!

Stayed Jun 13, 2022We had such a fun time in your beautiful condo! The living room furniture is cute and comfy. The beds, pillows and linens are great quality and so comfortable after a long day at the beach. So many high quality towels provided as well as bath essentials. The kitchen has everything you need including a huge new fridge. The beach wagon, umbrella and chairs were perfect, and the walk to the beach was very easy. The condo is in a perfect location to all that 30a has to offer. You can’t go wrong with booking this cute place!
