Stayed Aug 2, 2025This unit was not ready when we checked in. We're transitioned to another property in the same neighborhood. Communication was clear and host was responsive to all questions and attended to any issues that arose quickly and appropriately.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the bathroom sink. After I tried to be patient with the host I left after approximately 6 days. I had originally plan to stay for approximately 1 month. He even thanked me for being so patient. When I left his attitude change and he became quite angry and only gave me a partial reimbursement. VRBO was not helpful either.
