Charming Newly Renovated Wellfleet Cottage Near Black Fish Creek (2238)

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, very private and quiet with a large yard and firepit in back. It is right near the marshes and we walked the trails.in the surrounding woods. The house has the best kitchen with new stove and refrigerator and counters. The decorations are lovely and calming. The indoor space was quite small for four adults, and we needed more storage space for all of our luggage. It was nice to sit on the front porch to get the sun, but it was hard to see the edges of the wooden steps would have felt better with a railing. Thank you. We all enjoyed it and the process was easy!

Great location- convenient to a lot of ocean and bay beaches. Clean and cozy cottage. Listing says “laundry facilities” but they are not on site. Great walk to the bay/marsh from cottage. Loved our stay!

It was lovely and very homey. The kitchen was well stocked and newly renovated. We entertained family outside where there was ample space for BBQing and a picnic table.I loved the flower garden and beautiful rose bushes and there was a bird feeder and birdseed provided so we saw and heard beautiful birds every day.And it was close to Wellfleet Center, art gallerieshiking and several beautiful beaches. Not to mention a great French Bakery too! We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there.

We waited over an hour before receiving a message that we could check in. With such strong language in the contract that I signed regarding late check out by us with financial consequences as well as the stipulations and strong language about early check-in, etc. I am expecting some kind of contact. The amenities list on the website is not accurate. There is a note from the owners inside the house that is also not accurate. Gas grill stated on website.Note states there is an outdoor slop sink for use but was not connected. Both of those things caused a bit of additional, unexpected work on our part.
