Stayed Aug 17, 2024The property is listed as a cottage when in fact it's an apartment, with another apartment below. It is also listed as having Games Room, Gym and Sauna, these are in fact within the hosts property about 40m away. On using the Sauna I was informed there would be a 10 Euro charge, no mention of this either at check in or on the listing. The Sauna was then locked for rest of our stay. There is also no mention of the hosts property being within the Parklike Gardens and that rooms are let out to other people in this property, so not exactly private. When we complained to the host about this, their reaction was to not clean the swimming pool that they had previously cleaned everyday, this resulted in my daughter becoming ill for the last 2 days of our stay. Had we known all of this prior to booking we would not have booked.
