Charming Getaway | 12 minutes to Beach

The host - not very. I had to call to get code around 5:00 pm. Took a while to get it. I will probably not use this unit again. The sane happenef last year by same host and I had to spend the first night in a hotel. I was in the place beside the 1 bedroom last year.

Everything was great. The property was very nice and well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring Pensacola or heading to the beach. Hope to stay here on future visits.

What a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Pensacola. The cottage was comfortable, well decorated, and provided everything we needed. We definitely have found our home-away-from home when we visit Pensacola the next time!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is small but very charming—super clean, cozy, and well taken care of. You can really tell the hosts put thought into the space. The only thing we wish had been different were the check-in and check-out times. A 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out made the stay feel a little hurried. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again! Do yourself a favor and hit that book button!

Overall nice house. Has all necessities. Not the best backyard for a larger pet. Location is convenient, but did have sketchy people knock on the door. Since my wife was the only one home at the time she didn’t feel safe so she didn’t open the door.

The house was exactly as advertised. The only down side for me was the size of the yard. I have a big dog, and the yard is rather small.

Great location. Close to everything in downtown P-Cola. Comfy bed and very clean. Owner was very kind and always making sure everything was ok and no problems. Will stay again if it’s just me and wife without kids! Thanks!

Overall the property was lovely. It was well decorated and it felt spacious for both of us. It would be nice to have 4 chairs available to eat at the table. We had friends over one day for lunch. We made do with the chairs from the porch but they sat just a bit low. We hope to be able to stay there again when we are in the Pensacola area.

All of our expectations were met! Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access by car to many of the highlights Pensacola has to offer! Communication with property manager was timely and helpful! Any concerns we had were answered quickly. We would consider returning to this property on our next visit to Pensacola.

The cottage was exactly as advertised. Clean, updated and the bed was one of the most comfortable that we’ve slept on at a STR.
