The home sits along the Little Traverse Wheelway bike path, connecting a beautiful bike ride or walking path to Petoskey & Harbor Springs. Within a few minutes to a variety of restaurants(we love Pierson's), entertainment, local attractions( we recommend the tunnel of trees & Pond Hill Farm both located on M119 a 15 minute drive), within 5 minutes of both Boyne Highlands & Nubs Nob, beaches, and a lake in every direction for fishing and boating, and ORV trails are close by too. Visit the Petoskey State Park(5-minute drive)for swimming, stunning sunsets, and rock hunting for the famous Petoskey stone.

Our cozy and quiet space offers a great location in addition to our many amenities to make you feel right at home:

This Vrbo was not for me. The owners live there during the week and rent it out on weekends. This was stated in the owners Bio, which I unfortunately missed reading. The house is in need of upgrades and repairs, had a musty smell and did not feel clean. The refrigerator was 3/4 full and although the owners stated to help yourself to their groceries, I would have preferred an empty refrigerator. The bottle of wine, water and snacks were a nice touch.

Was right on the trail and we were up to ride our e-bikes so found it very convenient. Was out of downtown so convenient to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Kendra was great to communicate with.

The stay was very good. We were in the area for a softball tournament and it fit our families needs very well. The goodies on the table were a nice touch and being able to use some of the refrigerator items helped. I would recommend this house to anybody staying in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was adorable, clean, peaceful, and felt so homey. The hosts were incredibly kind, great at communication, and even left a list full of places they recommended us to try. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
