Charming, family friendly, 6-bedroom barn conversion located close to the beach

The Barn was a delight to stay in. We were three families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The accommodation was clean, well presented and well equipped. The beds were comfortable with warm duvets, and there was a children’s playground close by for the children. I would recommend and stay again.

Lovely property in pretty grounds, outdoor play area a bonus. Good use of space in the living area,well equipped.

We have just returned from a fabulous week staying at dolly’s barn . It is our third time staying in the barn although the first Xmas there. There was such a warm welcome with a beautiful tree and tasteful decorations around the property. They also provided a very generous festive welcome pack. The property is well equipped, very clean, warm and comfortable and ideal for a family break. The downstairs en suite is ideal if you have elderly relatives in the party. We look forward to returning .

Stsyed here with my extended family and had the best time. The kitchen/lounge spaced worked really well for us as we were able to keep an eye on the little ones whilst we cooked etc. The kitchen was really well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need. The outside space was beautiful and very peaceful. The kids loved running around the play area, it provided lots of entertainment. Location was great, short drive to both Ilfracombe and Woolacombe and quick drive to a big shop.

A multi generational holiday at Dollys Barn was well provided for. The outdoor space and play area were a special bonus .

We enjoyed our stay at the farm which was partly because we had such lovely weather. The facilities were generally good but we felt that supplying enough toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets for the stay would have cost nothing and been a blessing! Also part of the the children's play equipment was broken when we arrived ( the little child swing) and should have been checked as it could have potentially been dangerous. On the whole though our stay at Dolly's Barn was a good one.

Perfect accommodation for a family of ten,. Lovely well maintained large garden Everything we could have needed was provided.

Have just returned from weeks Holiday to Dollies Barn with 11 members of the family of all ages, the grandchildren have enjoyed the freedom of the gardens which were beautifully kept. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, even everything we needed for BBQ, thoroughly enjoyable Holiday.

The cottage was suitable for 12 people. Especially, kitchen, eating and living were big enough for this number of persons. The kitchen and the equipment were brandnew and perfectly clean. The house is located perfectly for day trips to beaches and other sights/activities. We will be back!
