It was a great location to spend with the family, lot to do on the property. Great location to walk to the beach and close to the amenity, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Great communication with the host on our stay. Nice a clean and will stay there again.

Beautiful, private and relaxing place in the forest with a lovely walk to the wonderful beach. Our family getaway was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together. We were very happy to have a lovely weekend with everything we needed. I would recommend the cottage in Southcott Pines without any hesitation

We stayed from May 30-June 1st for a ladies getaway. The house is amazing. Lots of space and nice to have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Lots of upgrades. The firepit was really nice. The community was neat and just a short walk to the beach. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend it to any group.

Our group have now been here twice. The cottage is so cozy, beautiful decor, all the kitchen items we need. Walking distance to the beach. Perfect for a group of friends needing to get away from it all! We'll be back!

The cottage was warm, comfortable and cosy, yet spacious enough to allow 8 of us to sleep and play. The kitchen was fully equipped and the dining table was great for meals and games. A good time was had by all! Thanks Kelly.

A short getaway with our family of six and our dog over the Christmas holidays. The cottage is very cozy but comfortably accommodated all of us. The kitchen is very well stocked, so we were able to enjoy some nice meals and truly relax. We would certainly stay here again!

For five adult females it was just right! Extra bonus is the private beach a 5-minute drive away or 12 minute walk. The neighborhood is forested, quiet, and everything we hoped for. Communication with the owner was an absolute breeze anytime day or night. Highly recommend. Owner will be remedying some old tired mattresses.

Lots of space inside and parking space outside. Kitchen has everything you'll need. Bedrooms are are well appointed with very comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor seating areas. We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful cottage. It felt like home away from home. It’s children friendly which was nice as my 3 grand children are under the age of 5. We had such a nice experience sharing family time creating wonderful memories. We would love return next year for more good times.

This cottage is cozy, clean and calm, in a lovely, walkable neighborhood with beautiful trees. We easily walked to enjoy a gorgeous sandy beach with clear blue water and to The Cottage Cafe for delicious breakfast and lunch options. The cottage has the energy of a beloved home, not just an investment and all of the small details enhanced our family weekend.

The cottage is beautiful with 5 beds and two separate living rooms. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook. If you're looking for the stove light the control is by the microwave. Clean and smooth check in. I messaged and got a code to enter the day before arrival. Host was friendly and gave us the option to meet them if we need anything. Definitely recommended.

This cottage has so much to love. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach; about 8-10 min walk. The beach itself was wonderful. We loved the fire pit in the backyard and how much greenery surrounds you back there. The loft setup is so fun for families to communicate to each other. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The foosball and ping pong were super fun and the kitchen and dining are was nice and big for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year. It’s in the perfect location if you want to go to grand bend and the Pineries. 10/10.

The location is excellent. Walkable to the main strip and with the beach pass its a quick walk to access the beach. The place was super clean and roomy with tons of fun games and activities like fuse ball and ping pong. Fire pit and tons of outside seating. Kelly was super friendly and responsive over chat and check-in was totally seamless. I would highly reccomend this place!

This cottage had everything we were looking for to decompress from our regular busy lives. It is tucked away in a wooded community but not far from so many things to do in the Grand Bend area. Host is accomodating and available to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will definitely book this place again in the future!
