Stayed Oct 10, 2025We stayed here for our 22-year anniversary and absolutely loved it! The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable — the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was excellent and communicated clearly from start to finish. He even left us thoughtful gifts for our anniversary, which made the stay extra special. We were also so grateful to be allowed a late checkout — such a kind gesture that made our weekend even more relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The artwork, antiques and decor are truly charming and the result of a lot of thought and hard work. The home is amazingly well equipped with everything you need to cook. We were very comfortable during our stay.

There was everything that I could think of and more as way of information on the cottage and what to do or where to go in Payson. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Stayed Jun 19, 2025The Spanish Jewel couldn't be more perfect for a stay in Payson. The location is convenient to everything and the property was beautiful. Our host was very communicative and welcoming. George has thought of everything and we enjoyed a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, and special touches that made it feel like home. If he put a price tag on the decor, I would have done my souvenir shopping there! So eclectic and perfectly inviting. A perfect place to reunite with old friends and make wonderful new memories!! Stayed May 21, 2024The Spanish Jewel is an amazing house! It’s beautifully decorated, super clean, homey, and just lovely. It’s perfectly appointed. We didn’t use the upstairs bedroom but the master bed is super comfy. It was our first time in Payson and we fell in love with the place. If you’re considering other places to rent, look no further! You will not be disappointed in this place.❤️
