Stayed Jul 7, 2025We are beach bums and Dowes is just a mile away. Resturaunts are also close in Osterville center. Quiet setting not much traffic.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Mu best friend and I had a super stay at the Sand Dab! The extra touches were so welcoming, and it was a great spot for the two of us. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, great little kitchenette, too. We loved Dowses Beach, and Osterville is a convenient spot to travel south to P Town, Chatham, etc. Loved whale and seal watching, Fancy’s Market, Amie’s Bakery, Wimpy’s and the Chart Room. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Adorable, charming tiny house very close to center of Osterville. Just big enough for 2. Decorated with many little Cape Cod-y touches. Felt quite at home and really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about this property. It was the perfect little cottage for me and my husband. It was absolutely beautiful in the perfect location. Very close to the beach and decorated beautifully. We felt at home and relaxed the instant we walked in. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and we’re available if anything were to come up. The only downside was that our weekend went by too fast! We will definitely be booking next year and making this our yearly tradition.
