Stayed Jun 14, 2024The outside of the house is not very clean and appealing. It advertises 2 bedrooms but does not mention you have to go through one BR to get to the other BR. The bed in the first BR is very squeaky. Should have gotten a hotel room.

Stayed Apr 22, 2022Property was out from town which was great for us. Cute size for a couple and appreciate the recommendations made in the house notebook. In the back bedroom there were droppings on the bed and the window sill. It looked like mouse droppings. Bathroom could use some updating, which I understand with age of the house.

Stayed Jun 10, 2025Cozy & comfortable with all cooking amenities, plenty of toilet paper as well as paper towels. Lovely sheets and blankets on beds. Living Room and back porch were definitely places to unwind. I plan to stay here again!! Excellent and quick replies to my changing needs. Thanks again!!

Stayed Nov 15, 2024This place is a very cozy away from town, especially how much traffic there is by the college. We really enjoyed this rental. It was very comfortable.

Stayed May 28, 2022Checking in was great. Overall stay was perfect. Needed extra paper towels and dish rags and towels since there was no dishwasher and dishes were to be done by hand.

Stayed Nov 5, 2021It was in the perfect location! we were close enough to Fayetteville square but far enough to feel like we were in the woods. It is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard. The inside was clean and had a fire that kept the whole house warm. It was a great stay.
