Stayed Dec 31, 1969I had a very nice month-long stay at this studio apartment in Ashland. I have stayed in larger rentals, but they didn't have the same warm, comfortable, and well-organized sense of home that this one has. The host, Debra, is unobtrusive, yet always available to address any questions or problems. Great location close to SOU campus, and about a mile from downtown. Could not have asked for a better experience, and hope to find my way back to Ashland and this apartment again soon!

Stayed Mar 1, 2018We loved staying here. Already have booked another 4 month stay. Host we kind attentive, but never intrusive. Studio had all that we needed and was very charming and comfortable.
