Charming Beach Cottage, Beach Chair Service Included

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Plenty of room for our family and our dog. The kitchen was very workable for several cooks at one time since we ate in most of the time. It was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the coffee station as well. It was great to have the washer and dryer and beach chairs and umbrellas included. We liked that pets were allowed and most people kept their dogs on leashes. Not a bad walk to the beach and the pool was close. The key pad did not work when we got there but Bernadette got us in and had the keypad replaced. She was very responsive to messages and in a timely matter. We highly recommend!

House was cozy and get large enough for a family of 8. Filled with all kitchen amenities you would need. Short walk to the beach and the 2 pools. To have your chairs and umbrellas aet up every day for you in the same spot was priceless. Walking distance to a great restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious. We loved having two sets of umbrellas and chairs set up for us each day. We enjoyed staying in the Maravilla community.

Great location, nice house, convenient to everything in Destin!

Location was great. You def need a car or can take a Lyft. Perfect amount of space for our group of 8. Wish we knew we had to bring our own laundry detergent and only supplied with 4 rolls of toilet paper. Chairs and umbrella are free up to 5pm. If you would like them to view the sunset then this is an extra charge. I would def come back.

We all enjoyed the stay at the cottage. It was nice and peaceful as well as close enough to the beach to where we could walk to the beach everyday.

The cottage was perfect for our family beach vacation! Our family ranged in age from grandparents to toddler grandchildren, and everyone enjoyed the stay. Well appointed, good sized bedrooms and common areas, great kitchen and outdoor patio and grill to meet our beach vacation needs. Short walk to a private beach that included four chairs and two umbrellas with the property, and greatly appreciated the host having a wagon available for us to bring our beach gear with us. My only wish would be for blackout curtains in the bedrooms, that toddler woke up early in the early morning Florida sunlight!
