Charming 2-bedroom cottage on the Square in Georgetown

Great location and super cute home!

This cottage was lovely. Small but mighty! Fully decked out kitchen. The decor was whimsical and fun. Beds were comfy. We felt so special. I’m ready to move in!!!

This house is perfection, I would absolutely stay there again. The host has thought of everything and the house is impeccably clean. The decor is beautiful, we must have said ‘oh my gosh, look at this’ 20 times a day. The location is great, the only negative is that because of the location, you will hear dumpsters being emptied every morning. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us.:)

We highly recommend this amazing cottage. Amy was quick to respond and very helpful with our questions. The cottage is super clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is in a great location, right off the Courthouse Square. Don't miss out on this fabulous place!

Amy was an AMAZING hostess!! She had EVERYTHING a guest would need. The cottage was beautifully designed/decorated. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful home and perfect location!!

The team has literally thought of almost every detail, this property is beautiful and has so many amenities. I normally bring a steamer but forgot one, the property manager said they would run right out, but it was not that important. Pro tip: The restaurant next door is amazing, but they do get nightly (early morning) deliveries that can be disruptive, bring ear plugs or sleep headphones to mask the noise.

Our stay at La Petite Chateau was wonderful. The home has beautiful furnishings and appliances. Many nice places to sit and relax. We had all the utensils in the kitchen for making light meals. We loved the showers. Lots of water output in the shower and easy in and out of the walk-in showers. The beds were very comfortable with soft fluffy pillows and comforter. The house is located right next to the square and easy walking distance. The restaurants around there were delicious. The home was one of the best homes we've ever stayed in through vacation rental organizations. Amy was a wonderful hostess and we highly recommend this home.

The house is beautiful! It is spacious yet cozy. The beds were very comfortable, the living area and tv set up convenient and the bathrooms and kitchen perfectly stocked. The coffee bar / tea bar was spectacular with so many great options. The location of the house was simply perfect- close to everything downtown and to college campus. We will be back soon!!
