Stayed Jan 30, 2026We had a lovely stay at Jessica’s charming carriage house. It was impeccably clean and delightfully decorated. Extras like the snacks, assortment of coffees and teas, and cold beverages were special touches. Being able to walk to Pearl Street and Platt park was lovely. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed Sep 13, 2025This was such a great experience. The house is located near a wide variety of bars and restaurants. There was no shortage of things to do nearby. The house itself was fantastic. Exceptionally clean and really well appointed. Jessica was so kind and accommodating. We would most definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Our host was very accommodating and communicating with her was very easy. She was so friendly and flexible with check in, check out time.The cottage is in a great location. Close to Evans St. businesses and a 15 min walk to S. Pearl St. shops.Great if need to be close to campus!

Stayed Apr 26, 2025Jessica is a great host and her carriage house is so cozy and well appointed. She greeted us when we checked in and was just a very sweet host. We had everything we needed on site and when I requested an iron she brought one over right away. Parking was easy and the location is walking distance from quite a few restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again next time I’m in town.
