Our stay at the 1924 antique cottage at the ocean was fantastic. The house was a quint cottage with rustic wood paneling and a great fireplace. The house had all the amenities that we needed and close to many restaurants. I will miss the sound of the waves crashing at night while I fell asleep.
The cottage was very picturesque with a lot of antiques as furnishings in the home. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot for showers. We had the company of a little mouse one morning. The house needs some love and care. Karen was a joy to talk too and was very helpful with the wifi and giving us hints about the area. A lovely lady.
We really enjoyed our stay at this charming 1924 beach cottage. Lots of charm and a wonderful location! Kay was very communicative and made sure we were able to reach her if we needed to (which we did not, everything went smoothly!).
This was our 3rd year staying here love the area walk to the end if street fir the beach, close to everything!! Cozy!! Owner kay is wonderful !! Great to talk to very helpful !!
Great location!! Walk to the beach at the end of the street!! Very Cozy!!
Neglected not loved house. If duck tape on the kitchen floor to cover up issues is your cup of tea, you'll love this place.
Location was great -- on a quiet street with just a couple minutes walk to the private beach. Owner was very good about communicating. The cottage is quaint and cozy and about 100 years old. Many things preserved from the past, which is wonderful. It does, however, need additional upkeep such as replacing paneling in upstairs bedrooms and leaky porch roof.
We came up for my sons graduation and decided to stay outside of Boston for a change it was the perfect location to drive in to Boston or go to the cape ! It’s a cute older cottage and had everything that we needed . Karen communicated with us from the beginning and helped us with everything !! Thanks again
Had a good friend reunion here, and it was a magical time.
Wonderful setting and many original items. We enjoyed learning through the owners notes about various items in the house.
Vintage cabin was exactly as described. My wife, son and I enjoyed a great Thanksgiving week getaway. Prepared a Thanksgiving meal without a problem in the cozy kitchen. Sunrise on the Atlantic coast made for a spectacular walk on the beach.
My trip entailed staying with my sister, sister in law and aunt. The property was perfect for all our different needs. We had nice home time and the location was perfect for all our needs. The owner was wonderful, helpful and always quick to respond. She gave us great information on all the local places to go, from getting supplies , eating out and sightseeing. The beach, there are no words to describe the peacefulness of walking on the beach. The night my sister and I got there was a full moon rising over the ocean, and it was spectacular. The sun rise was stunning. You will not be disappointed with a stay at this lovely cottage.
What a beautiful beach located just a short walk at the end of the road. Comfortable and great communication with the Owner.
House is charming. Built in 1924 it has all the little quirks you might imagine. Best features are proximity to the beach, screened in porch.back deck and outside shower. The neighbors were friendly and many great restaurants are a short ride. The owner was very kind and accommodating.

Have rented it 3 times now and will definitely rent it again. Really cozy and comfortable. Very short walk to a great stretch of beach. Large private back yard is a big plus. We love hanging out on the back deck. And the owner is super helpful and friendly.
