## Neighborhood
Commonly called Les Docks by the people of Marseille, this district has undergone an incredible transformation in just a few years. Since the city became the Capital of Culture in 2013, this area has been completely rethought and redeveloped.
For many decades, it housed part of Marseille's autonomous port and was, as its name suggests, the dockers' district.
While keeping this indelible and inseparable trace of the city, this crazy activity has given way to long walks facing the sea, cultural complexes and numerous bars and restaurants making this district a must for Marseille nights.


## Transit
Not far from the premises' favourite places, the apartment is very easy to access. You will be able to easily access the area with the main transports of Marseille. In particular with the two metro stations with the stops Jules Guesde or Colbert, the trams n°2 and 3 as well as the buses n°49, 55, 60, 82, 82S and 83. Indeed, the extensive bus network will allow you to reach the main areas of Marseille and thus make the most of your stay. If you like the outdoors, you will also be able to move around easily with the self-service electric bicycles and scooters just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
