Underfloor heating Log burner Hot tub Animals Kitchen well equipped Nice TVs Would be nice to have more sofa type seating (as can only fit 3 on the sofa which is very low & springs have gone). Space in bathroom bit too tight I swept the floor before we left & swept up some dog hairs (we didn’t have a dog) & generally carpets a bit brown (? from dogs)

Excellent all round Could do with more lighting around the area, especially on the way in and some of the lights around the cottages did not work. I think this would be beneficial for safety reasons, especially in the bad weather.. this is not a criticism on the cottages just an observation.

I’ve visited 4 times, all in different properties, and staying in Cedar was definitely the best. Perfect space sizings and great views with the animals.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Tenby and Saunders foot. We loved all of the visits from the animals too. The sofa was very uncomfortable and there was a very bad smell of urine in the bathroom which got worse as the week was going on. We mentioned this to the receptionist and there was a handyman trying to sort it within an hour. We travelled will our elderly dog which loved her stay.

My recent stay at Cedar Cottage on 6-9th April left us with mixed feelings, and I wanted to let you know what we thought of the little break we had.Firstly, we were very impressed when we walked into the property, it was modern and clean. However, our stay was significantly impacted by the condition of the double bed. (barely a double bed) more like a large single. The bed was not suitable for sleeping, as it was broken and dipped noticeably on one side. This caused discomfort, with springs digging into our backs and leading to disrupted sleep and physical pain. Unfortunately, the issue was severe enough that we decided to cut our trip short and return home a day earlier than planned so we could rest properly. The maintenance guy did come and look at it and agreed it needed repairing, as a comfortable bed is a key aspect of any guest's stay. We also felt that the sofa in the living area needed attention as it wasn’t comfortable and dipped slightly, with no cushions on the sofa for comfort. Also felt it could do with another single chair. We have never cut a family holiday short. Very disappointed in the company as I emailed them over a week ago with NO response! Oh and to top it off we didn't see 1 alpaca, their response was on facebook was to book a tour nearly 40 per person. Cheaper to go to zoo/farm.
