Stayed Jul 17, 2025The cabin was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. Grandparents loved the deck, teenagers loved the game room, toddlers loved the trucks and books, parents loved that everyone else was happy. Some aspects of the cabin were outdated, but we had everything we needed. If you’re looking forward to enjoying the lake itself, know that it’s a bit of a long, steep walk. The teenagers made the walk several times but it was too much for grandparents and toddlers. The lakefront is accessible by car.

Stayed May 23, 2025Awesome place, just as pictured. Perfect for a family vacation. My kids accidentally locked us out by trying the code too many times and the property manager responded right away.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Fun place to stay. We chilled with two families there. It was quiet and had good activities in the house for the kids. They have all the basics. Super easy check in and access.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was great! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to a community park/beach, with deer and other game walking through the yard daily. It does take a little longer than we thought to get into Coeur d'Alene, so we should have been more prepared for making meals. But everything was perfect.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a wonderful home! It is not new and updated, but it IS clean and comfortable. It has plenty to keep you entertained (pool table, foosball, games, the VIEW). The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to prepare the food you bring. The beds can be a bit noisy... but are all very comfortable. The downstairs shower is a bit awkward (I'd suggest a detachable showerhead positioned differently) but not terrible and the second shower itself is greatly appreciated. Also, the showers come with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - thank you (I forgot mine)! The 2 days of coffee and tea were also greatly appreciated. Oh, and the binder with the history of the home was so interesting; my sister read it before anyone else knew it existed and we were all blown away with her knowledge of the home and it's furnishings! If we are ever again looking for a home to borrow in that area, we will DEFINITELY look for this one!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022We traveled to ride the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene. The house was a little out of the way but an easy drive to the Plummer Trailhead. It was comfortable and had a beautiful view of Cave Bay. The public beach was farther than we thought and was a fifteen minute walk. I think you would need to drive with beach gear and noticed that many residents have golf carts to get around. Property manager was responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.
