Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have just spent a fabulous week in Lanzarote over Christmas. The location of the house is great, and the views from the terrace beautiful. However, the accommodation is listed as villa but is in fact an appartment at the bottom floor of a house (the owner's?). Important to note, the 5-person appartment is separated from the terrace by a parking area for 3 cars, which is what you see from inside the place. There is no private veranda to step out into. The terrace is shared with another rental accommodation, which is not necessarily a problem but limits one's freedom. The appartment itself is charming. Unfortunately, however, it is very dark. There are no windows in the kitchen/living room (except a small highly placed window for ventilation) and the main bedroom has only one little window. Because of that, it is also difficlut to air the house.
