On the ground floor of the semi-detached house, Casa Sara> has an independent entrance from the small private and fenced garden of approx. 45 sq m, on two sides of the house, ideal for your four-legged friends. The owner lives on the other side of the house, with his own fenced garden and owns two beautiful German Shepherds, 9 and 6 year old females.

The price includes the consumption of electricity, gas, bed linen and towels (changed on request for a fee), gas, cleaning, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.

Free parking, on the street. Heating according to consumption.
