The Cart House as a 2 bedroom let - a truely stunning cottage - we have developed this cottage to the highest standards. This cottage is extremely spacious - larger than all our other 2 bedroom cottages.

Cart House features many of of our signature design elements - oak flooring, beams, luxury travertine modern bathrooms, stone flooring in the kitchens, underfloor heating throughout, oak doors, quality furnishings, lovely comfortable beds and wood burning stoves. All you would expectfrom Broadgate Farm Cottages.
We have created the Cart House from old barns, it sits on the edge of the paddock with views across the fields from the sitting room and the garden.
You enter into an open plan living area with vaulted ceiling, at the far end is the kitchen with french windows into the garden. There is a large dining area and comfortable Multiyork sofa's surround the feature wood burning stove and flatscreen TV with Freesat. As with all our cottages we have tried to cater for your every comfort, there is also a hi-fi with bluetooth, free wi-fi and the kitchen is well equipped.
Please see the floor plan for the general layout of this cottage, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and open off the large living area - a king master bedroom with large shower room and views across the fields. The second bedroom can be a twin or extra king and is spacious enough for a put up bed for a child, this second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
Travel cot, baby bath and high chair available on request.Outside there is a lovely garden with lawn and patio for outdoor dining.
We do accept some dogs at the cottages but please ask for details as we have some doggy house rules, there is an additional charge of £40 per dog and a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. You can not book your dogs in via Homeaway as their system will not charge for them - please contact Elaine for a quote.
Please note that the Homeaway system estimates prices for short breaks over 3 nights, best to ask for a price for stays of 4 - 6 nights to ensure that you get the best deal. Also there may be an occasion when the Homeaway price has not transferred through correctly and we may have to adjust the price before accepting a booking request.
