Cape Canaveral Cottage w/ Hot Tub: Walk to Beach

Really enjoyed your Beach Bungalow! Great proximity to so many activities! Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed!

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. And peacocks visited too! We used the hot tub once but it wasn't very hot and couldn't figure out the controls. The indoor thermostat was a challenge too. The disposal didn't ever work but over New Year's it wasn't a big issue and was reported. Would love to come back when it's warmer and enjoy more of the outdoor spaces!

House worked for our needs

The cottage is super clean, comfortable, and provisioned with everything you could possibly need or want for a stay. One small item broke during our stay, and our hostess had it replaced within 2 hours. 6-star service and communication throughout our stay!The backyard is a little overgrown and gnarly in some areas, we were not comfortable putting the dogs out without 100% supervision. It is just vines, fallen palms, leaves, etc. Little to no grass. But the neighborhood is great for walking, and a dog park is just a few blocks down the road. Cocoa Beach has dog beach areas, too.

We stayed for -3 wks over Christmas post New Years. Upon first arrival, it was a little jarring to see they are recovering from storm damage with tarps and sand bags covering entire roof and large water spots on ceiling inside, however this did not disrupt our stay in any way. Overall property is accurately described/shown. Cindy was very helpful in responding timely to our texts, sending us supplies to treat the hot tub during our stay. The backyard is jungle like with pretty flowers and nice to sit in screened area. The neighborhood peacocks are no joke, at one point we had 12 on our front lawn right outside the front door, and they often jumped on the roof to roost in the tree above the hot tub at night. Really appreciated sufficient cleaning and starter supplies. Also loved the highpowered fan found in closet of master for white noise and airflow. We enjoyed exploring the area daily as the house is very conveniently located to a lot within walking distance! Priced very fairly. I was able to work remotely with the internet signal, only having intermittent issues with connection the first day. Overall, this rental worked for us!

The images on the Vbro sight were good. The house is cute but could use a deep clean. The proximity to the beach was PERFECT! Nice little neighborhood, friendly neighbors and an easy walk to the beach. We were lucky enough to see Falcon 9 space shuttle. That was surely a bonus.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The closet in the 2nd bedroom had beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards. The boogie boards were a blast at the beach! We saw 2 rocket launches while at the beach at night which was def a highlight! Kennedy space center was @20 min drive, which was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house!

Love the back yard. Nice plenty of shade. only thing I found that needed fixed is a coffeemaker. Other then that it was great for me and my two girls.

We ABSOLUTELY loved this house! Our pups loved the backyard and we adored the screened in porch for coffee in the mornings and mixed drinks the evenings. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the house was just so homey overall. We ended up extending our trip a couple days and if would have had my way....we would never have left. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and will look for Evolve properties every time we travel! Cindy was great to work with and we had no complaints...I still miss the house and can't wait to come back.

We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Kitchen was equipped well, plenty of beach stuff available. It would have been nice to have a bike pump since the bike had 2 flats, but not a big deal! Screened in porch was a great bonus space. Location was far enough from busy streets and close enough for a walk to the beach. Gate to the backyard was stuck shut.
