An absolutely fabulous town house in the heart of Cricceth - perfect for family and friends. The contemporary furniture, soft furnishings and interesting artwork complement this newly refurbished townhouse located in the heart of Criccieth. A great deal of thought has gone into the design to make this a fun, relaxing and stylish holiday homewith luxury touches such as ensuites to five of the bedrooms. The attention to detail will ensure that you want for nothing and the engaging open plan living area is just delightful with floor to ceiling doors and Juliet balconies to take full advantage of the ocean views.

Set over three floors.

The ground floor has three bedrooms - two double ensuite bedrooms, one with a superking bed, one with king size bed king size beds. Twin bedroom (can be made up as a king by prior request).

There are three bedrooms situated on the ground floor. A double ensuite bedroom with a King sized bed, walk in wardrobe and seating area. A double ensuite with a super King sized bed, seating area and a Smart TV. A twin bedroom with zip and link beds

There is also a games room on this floor which has a pool table, dart board, Smart TV and places to sit

A utility area has the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also the option of making tea and coffee making down here so you can have an early morning or before bed cuppa without having to scale the stairs!

Stairs from the ground floor lead up to a modern, open plan space with full length windows in both the sitting and dining spaces to make the most of the stunning views out to sea and along the coast.

So stylish and well designed and providing comfortable seating. Modern well equipped kitchen with double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave and toaster. We love the bright colours in the dining area!

The bedroom on the first floor has bunks suitable for children up to 12 years old.

Town: Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
