Cam Cottage comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The cottage features a queen bed in the master suite, two upstairs loft bedrooms, each with a queen bed (loft has reduced ceiling height), and a queen sofa sleeper.
Cam Cottage memorializes my son that i lost in a terrible car accident in June 2018. Cameron was a donor and he donated his heart, liver, kidney & eyes among many other items. Cameron is my hero.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023Communication with Chris was easy & pleasant. He answered all our questions promptly & thoroughly. The Cam Cottage was perfect and met our needs. It was fresh and clean and had everything necessary for our stay. We loved the location and lake access. It gave us the opportunity to see wildlife such as deer and the loons calling on the lake. It was nice to relax by the fire ring in the evening and use the grill and picnic table located right outside the cottage. Chris also had a pontoon that we rented which was fun for cruising around on the lake. He had it ready to go for us and gave us good instructions on use. A huge bonus is that the property is dog friendly so we could bring our dog with us. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay at Cam Cottage at Bolton Bay.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023Chris was very welcoming to the property. This is a tiny home cottage, so plan to spend time outdoors if you've got more than four people. We had a great time--really close to the town of Park Rapids and restaurants. We were close enough to the water to prep our paddleboards at the cottage and carry them down to launch. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 21, 2023This property is listed as a 4 bedroom, 1 bath home. In reality it is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath RV shell on blocks. There is a loft area that you access by straight up stairs. You can not stand upstairs but rather must be hunched over or crawl to either bed. There is no privacy other than the one bedroom in which the bed takes up entire room. Very clean and could be comfortable possibly for a couple with older children that you do not need to worry about on stairs or loft. There was no where we could have set up the pack & play to sleep for my 2 year old grandson. It is also just to the left of the RV dump station so not exactly the most inviting approach to the spot.
