Located on the sound side right by the post office convenient to tons of shops, restaurants, and the beach! The moment you walk in, you will love the bright and cheery atmosphere and the coastal vibe! Looking for sunrise and sunsets we have the best views!! Enjoy both morning and evening on the front and back porches with built-in seating for everyone to enjoy their morning, coffee or their cocktail!

Step into the open living floor plan where you can comfortably seat 8 or more for dining in, or for movie night in the large open living room. Gather together in the living area for game night and tons of fun, or cook a meal in the fully stocked amazing new kitchen!

This cottage is perfect for groups and families and friends! Sleeping 10 people comfortably between the upper level that has 4 bedrooms, for sleeping 8 people, 2 baths and a huge open living area with dining area and beautiful kitchen and the lower level for 2, with its own private entrance, and separate from the upstairs accessed by only an outside staircase.

Upstairs Enjoy three king bedrooms all with smart TVs, large closets and ceiling fans on the main floor. The fourth bedroom is perfect for two with two single beds or for the kids with a large closet, smart TV and ceiling fan as well. Fast WIFI and more! Two full bathrooms, perfect for everyone to have their own space. Two of the king bedrooms have a jack and Jill bathroom with bathtub, and the full bath with walk-in shower has the washer and dryer in it as well. The full bath is in the hallway next to the bedrooms and super cute!
The downstairs which is a separate living area accessed only by the outside stairs is perfect for guests who want some privacy or don’t want to use the stairs constantly. It can accommodate 2 additional guests. It has its own king bedroom suite, living room and kitchen laundry and bathroom with stand in shower, smart TVs and ceiling fan. A fully equipped second kitchen as well! This space is perfect for older adults, parents wanting a separate suite to relax in, new parents who need quiet to put the baby down, teens to have their own space, or a couple wanting a gorgeous retreat.
