Just outside of the village you can find a friendly pub serving food and a paint balling centre for those young at heart. There are almost endless things to see and do on Anglesey, with the entire island being around 30 miles long, it is all accessible by car. Beaumaris is certainly worth a day trip, offering a network of quaint shops and cafés, a striking castle and a pier known for its crabbing. For a day at the beach you are spoilt for choice, with Lligwy Beach just a stone's throw from Brynrefail, the glorious Trearddur Bay is at the other side of the island.
