Built in 2007 - 4 BR/3 BA Lakeview in Grand Rivers - The Only City on Both Lakes

Everything was as expected. The owner promptly replied to a question.

Hunted at land between the lakes and this wad the perfect place to stay. Nov 1 was the Christmas lights and we ate at T Lawson grill.

The house was clean and had plenty of room available for a Christmas weekend with my high school girlfriends! There were 11 of us total and there were plenty of beds available. The location was perfect and Grand Rivers never disappoints!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our trip. We loved that it was in walking distance to town.

It was a perfect setup for multiple families to meet. It was nice to have a separate place for kids to play games and the adults. As far as cleanliness goes, it could have been better. There was black mold around the tops of the kitchen sinks. The floor were dusty and dirty. There was hair in the showers, on the walls. Overall, I would definitely stay again. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen dishes.

Todd was very prompt with responding. The house was perfect and we loved getting to come home to lots of deer feeding right outside. It was peaceful and just seconds from the main part of Grand View but far enough to have privacy. We will be back!

The house was wonderful in many ways for our group of 12. It’s spacious with up-to-date furnishings. It features a well stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. There was plenty of seating for meals with the kitchen table and island counter. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for that many showers. We look forward to booking here again next year!

Great place quiet neighborhood. Location was grate to explore the lake area.

The property is spacious and clean and the manager was prompt in all communication. And the location is very convenient to the Patti's 1880's Settlement. However, the furniture in the unit is cheap (some of it needs to be thrown away) as are the kitchen tools and tableware. Also, the garage is congested with the owner's junk.

We had a great time. 4 friends on a golf trip.The place was very clean and comfortable.We were able to park in the garage while we ducked tornados and thunderstorms! Everything worked perfectly and we all enjoyed the stay. We will definitely have this place at the top of our list for next year. Thanks Todd.

Everything was in great shape and as described.

This is our 5th time renting from this owner. He will do everything in his power to make your stay great. The property is well maintained and slept 12 adults comfortably. The bedroom in the basement has multiple beds. Be aware this room is much cooler than the upstairs temperature. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us. Just assign your beds with that in mind. We were there in February when outside temperatures were about 40You won’t be disappointed with this property..

The owner was super helpful from the very beginning and continued to be through the stay. The house was so spacious and has a lot of open space for a large family or group. We had 10 people and there was more than enough room to do games together but also spread out when we needed space. I highly recommend this place, location and owner!

Nothing but good things to say about this property. I booked this property for our family Christmas trip to grand rivers. There were 8 of us in total and there was plenty of room for everyone to still have privacy. .redefiniteNicetneighborhood

We come to Grand Rivers every year during the Christmas season. We are a family of 15 ranging in age from 2 - 61. We take the grandchildren to Patti’s to visit Santa and see the lights. We shop, go to area restaurants, and like to hangout together and watch movies and play games. The overall experience was good;however, there are some things that need fixed or improved. The showers in both upstairs bathrooms drip continuously, the carpet on the stairs needs to be replaced, pillows are very flat, sheets were very wrinkled, maybe upgrade linens and towels, and the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. While the downstairs area is very large, the space could be arranged better for those young at heart.

It was a nice space for our mini retreat! Cute shops & great food nearby! Enjoyed our stay!

A wonderful place

We had a great time. Does need some updating and painting and better cleaning. But for what we needed it for it was great.

The house was located close to the marina and restaurants. It was a well stocked house that was comfortable for the entire family.

This home worked good for our family of 14. For the price we think it should have been cleaned better...i.e. spiderwebs hanging on walls & dust in corners & baseboards. Kitchen needs much better cleaning. Not enough silverware & cooking pots & pans. Need more paper towels & garbage bags. The porch needed to be power washed. Porch floor dirty with patio chairs shredded. Afraid to sit on. Grill area badly needed cleaning Glad there was laundry soap & dish soap. Pretty area with several sightings of deer seen from front porch.

Loved the location! Just a short walk to a small lake and park with playground and just a bit longer and you are in town. Nice grocery store close by. We loved the open floor plan for lots of family time. The only down side was that it was a little more difficult to park our larger boat and trailer because the driveway is steep and the entrance road a bit narrow. Other than that, it was the perfect place for our family of 8 adults to enjoy ?

Since the reviews claim the property was clean, that's what I expected. Unfortunately, it was not. There was mold in the shower, the porch and outside furniture needed to be cleaned before we could use it. We needed to wipe down the refrigerator before we used it. There were several things that were broken. The owner was immediately notified and said it would be fixed AFTER we left. Don't plan on using the firepit. It was a small spot at the bottom of the driveway that had been knocked down and littered with trash. Oh...and there are trees directly behind it so you can only sit on one side. The king bed needs to be replaced badly! Both sides have huge indentations. We were told that we were able to carry our paddleboards to the water that it was only 150 feet away. What we weren't told was that the water was a tiny pond. Very disappointing.
