Brick Cottage in Aiken

What a lovely spot on a quiet street but so close to everything Aiken offers! We even saw horses walking down a nearby street! We loved the porch; so peaceful and the fenced in yard is such a plus with our dog. Would book again without hesitation.

A very nicely restored 1952 cottage. The interior decorating was outstanding. Everything we need was there.

We stay here every time we come to Aiken! House is always clean, owners are very responsive to messages, and helpful whenever we need anything.

Our stay was good. Bed was comfortable.

Nicely furnished and clean. However, it was very musky. We only slept there. The air quality was horrible. The bed in the master bedroom had a huge slump from wear. Very nice cotton bedding but the mattress was old and worn out.

Do not use the shower unless you want the local fire department to visit and you get to hear the Simply Safe alarm blaring for at least 45 minutes. Do not close master bedroom if you want to get back out cause it will get stuck. The bathroom light will entertain you with lots of flickering as well. Property manager was very sweet and tried her best to help. Enjoy your stay!

Great neighborhood and location. Owner was very responsive. House was comfortable and clean. I would recommend and would stay there again.

This is pur 2nd time staying here. The cottage is lovely and the location is amazing. Always clean. Lovely patio to sit on in the evenings. 2 blocks from farmers market and short drive or walk to downtown.

Cute 2 bedroom cottage in a beautiful neighborhood in Aiken. Quiet and comfortable. Good toilet paper (sometimes it’s the little things). Owner was very quick to address some concerns.

This home was a fantastic quaint little property right in the heart of it all. The home was clean and extremely well kept. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay there again next year.

It was such a great place for us and everything was very well done and super nice!

It was a nice and clean place to stay near a lot of amenities. I would only recommend updating the shower or at least changing the shower head and removing the little brass devil figure.

We love a cottage that is cozy, comfy and big. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, family room, sunroom and laundry room.

Perfect! We rented both houses and it was a great place to stay for our horse show in Aiken!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the brick cottage. Most comfortable beds ever! If you enjoy a quaint, walkable neighborhood and older homes with charm and character, stay at the Brick Cottage. A lovely home away from home!

House was as advertised, cute cottage and good location. When we arrived the yard was not well kept and grass was a foot tall. Owner was responsive and grass was cut next evening. Unfortunately yard should be kept better if you are renting it out. The house was clean but only surface clean. When you moved any area rug or mat there was dirt and sand underneath. House definitely could use a deep clean. Area where home was located was very good. Upon departure we had until 11am to leave but owner decided to have sprinklers go off at 10:50am. Unfortunately we did get wet. Sprinklers had not gone on at all during our stay so I find the timing perplexing. Owner needs to keep a better eye on how their home is being kept. Definitely not a 5 star experience.

The house is just adorable and super convenient to both downtown and Bruce’s Field. I hope to stay again.
