Breezy PCB Retreat w/ Direct Beach Access!

This one story house was perfect for my mom and I. She has mobility issues so no steps into the house was a perk. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. The views from the deck were stunning and the boardwalk gave me easy access to the beach.

This property was exactly as described. Very clean, ample room for a family of six, situated directly on the beach. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with incredible beach combing (we found sand dollars), and ocean life. We were lucky enough to spot a dolphin, many tarpon and a manatee which made our trip complete! Thank you!

We had a great time.The house was very clean. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The house is located near restaurants and shopping which enjoyed.There was plenty of space for our group.

We had an awesome stay! Plenty of room for the family & VERY clean. Great location - close to dining and shopping - and you CAN’T beat the quick, private walk to the beach. There’s also Plenty of room on the back deck to grill some steaks, lay-out & watch the tide. Because we came the week of July 4, we also had a great firework show From the back deck. We truly had a blast and will be coming back for sure!

We have been coming to PCB for 20+ years and this is one of our favorite places to stay. It is big enough for a family (in our case a grandmother and mom, dad and little boy) and the view is unmatched. Everything inside is clean and well maintained.

We stayed at the property in 2022 and loved it so much we booked it again this year. The location is amazing, the decks overlooking the gulf are amazing and the space and layout of the house are perfect for a family. But… the minute we walked in we knew that the property had deteriorated in a year. My husband opened the master bathroom vanity drawer and found a 2 inch long cockroach. But, because he knows how much I hate roaches he decided not to tell me because he knew it could ruin my trip. So, imagine my surprise when I was sitting on the toilet and another huge roach began peeking through the slats of the vanity. I screamed, my husband ran to see what was wrong, got the roach spray that was laying on the back deck killed the roach and rescued me. I immediately called the rental company and they quickly responded with a follow up email. I sent pictures as proof. The manager called me the next day and let me just say, he is so nice. Like genuinely so. To the point that I felt bad complaining. He assured me that these were Palmetto water bugs, but I researched that term and it’s just another word for Cockroach. He did offer to send an exterminator but I never heard back from him. Also, my daughter leaned back against the living room wall and it broke through. The sheet rock was wet and falling apart. This makes me sad. This property has so much potential, but it needs some TLC. Also, I paid $1000 more this year than last so that made it even worse.

The house was perfect for our needs (2 little children and 4 adults). Everything we needed was in the house, including beach chairs. The decks are great and we spent most of our time on the decks or on the beach. Because the house is beachfront, it made it really easy to go to the beach with the two little ones. The property manager was very considerate and let us check in a little early which was very helpful as our plane arrived around noonish. We will definitely come back for another stay.

This property was absolutely perfect in every way. Home was very updated and upkeep of property was suburb. The view from the deck was breathtaking! We had the best week just relaxing, unwinding and having some much needed time together . We had everything we needed and more . Will definitely book again if we stay in the area again . The area was very quiet and beach access was amazing . Again we could not have asked for another more than the awesome week we had !!!

The house was beautiful and bright. It had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would say is with no curtains it makes it hard to lay down naps.

My husband and I took our 4 boys to PCB to spend some family time together and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! It had a amazing view from the lower deck! We sat out on the deck every morning and drank our coffee. We highly recommend staying here!!
