Stayed Feb 27, 2024Just a quick overnight passing through the area on the way to Florida. The cabin appears to be newly built. Getting into the grounds & property was extremely easy. The Bain is well appointed & comfortable. Beds were great. Would definitely come back to stay hopefully when having more time to enjoy the areas & the amenities of the cabin.

Stayed Jan 28, 2024The cottage was really, really nice and well appointed. Has everything you need. Very clean and easy check-in process. Location is far enough off the major roads for privacy but close enough to Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, etc for groceries and dining. The Ballards are incredibly responsive from a communications standpoint and very helpful. Its a really cool piece of property that they've developed for the 5 cottages. We were there for a short stay in late Jan so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Maybe next time!
