This is the most well-stocked property I’ve ever rented. They thought of everything you might need (or might’ve forgotten!) Very clean, comfortable and decorated well inside. Dog-friendly, though if bringing a smaller dog you’ll want to check the fence & make some modifications so they can’t get out.

The house was very clean, everything was organized nicely and even stocked with bathroom essentials. The fire pit outside was great and the neighborhood was quiet. We had a great dinner at the closest country club, and you don't need to be a member.

Host was super responsive from the time I first saw the property online and then throughout my visit. House was very clean and comfortable with several special touches that made it a wonderful home away from home. I appeciated the Christmas decorations too!

This was a great vacation home, quiet and peaceful with all the necessities and amenities. We especially appreciated the wonderful dog kennel in the laundry room so we didn’t have to bring a crate. Bathrooms and kitchen were wonderful, great views, great deck, great beds, Highly recommend this place.

The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable. The large fenced yard was great for our pups. All communication was swift and friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Bella Vista!

Checked all our boxes and then some.. especially enjoyed the little considerations and the feel of a cozy home. Accommodating to enjoy several peaceful areas.Loved the higher end finishes (touch bathroom mirror lighting,google echo,kennel,Ugg bedding).our fav place was coffee on deck every am.

House was so clean with everything you can think of that you would need! Great fenced backyard for the dog to roam, nice deck to enjoy, very responsive host, and close to trails for mountain biking. Would definitely recommend!
