Best location in Miramar Beach, August Specials

Perfect place for a family close to beach

Great location, easy access to the beach. Love the layout of the house. Would stay there again and have shared the location with several friends.

I give five stars for the location and ability to accommodate two families (four adults, five children) comfortably. The location, as described, is two minutes from the beach. Also, we found the nearby beach to be far less crowded than those located near resorts. Outstanding! Swimming pool is similarly a short walk away. Also, we found the street (a short cul de sac) to be quiet and somewhat secluded even though it is open to the public. If I was to nitpick, the beds weren’t the best. My wife and I slept in the bedroom near the kitchen and that mattress needs to be replaced. Also, the kitchen furnishings were limited. If you plan on cooking at all, bring pots/pans. Also the blue light bulbs in the kitchen were weird. On the bright side, the upstairs and downstairs porches are large and great places to hang out. Our kids also enjoyed the upstairs loft for watching tv or playing video games in the evenings. I would also note that two of our kids slept on the sectional in the loft (without complaint).

This was my first visit to this property with my wife and grown children. The property is very well kept and is in a great location (probably about 100 yards to white sand and another 100 yards to the beautiful water down a private path). We actually needed 5 bedrooms and it worked out very well by using the 3rd floor loft for someone to sleep on the large sectional. There were also a lot of beach toys, chairs, tents and boogie boards in an accessible part of the carport. I have only 1 complaint and to many people this would be small but it was a big deal to me- the property manager would not give me the access code until about 45 minutes before checkin. Considering that I drove 12 hours from Texas and tried to time picking my children and their spouses up at airports along the way, the lack of an access code made me nervous. I didn't know what we would do if we didn't get that code. Everything worked out fine but that stressed me out. Again, other than that, this is an amazing property and we had a wonderful trip.

This house was in a great location, it was only a short walk to the beach 3 minutes max. The house was beautifully furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. Steve helped us with anything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Everything was great!

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained and in the perfect location. My family and I could not have been happier with our vacation. The house is better than described and property manager was very accessible for any questions. Hoping to return in 2022.

Second year in the neighborhood. Location and property are just what we need. Will be back again next year!!
